Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager (Finance) for a remote role across multiple countries. You will lead dashboards monitoring financial performance, drive automation to enhance efficiency, and partner with auditors to strengthen control frameworks while improving the accounting platform usability.

You will coordinate with product and engineering teams to deploy new finance tools and manage high-volume data analytics projects, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top university, with a minimum 2:1 grade.
• 3+ years of project/change management experience in a Big 4 or similar fast-paced financial services environment, with a focus on data analytics, assurance, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in handling large, high-volume transaction datasets and working with SQL.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding results with quantifiable business outcomes.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and execute work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Leading initiatives to build out dashboards for monitoring financial performance and key metrics
• Driving automation efforts to streamline finance processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing best practices across finance functions
• Reducing time for integration of new initiatives into our finance ecosystem
• Collaborating with external auditor analytics experts to ensure seamless audit processes
• Facilitating the exchange of information and data analysis to support audit requirements
• Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulations while fostering a constructive relationship with auditors
• Collaborating with Product Designers and Software Engineers to improve usability and functionality of the accounting platform UI
• Building new finance tools and working with the Tech team to implement them
