Vulcury LLC is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities. The role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as the business grows.

You will manage core bookkeeping, AP/AR, and inter-company transactions for the parent and subsidiaries, with a remote-first approach and international scope. Candidates should have prior experience with U.S.-based books, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Experience managing books for a U.S.-based company.
• Solid bookkeeping fundamentals and AP/AR processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on recurring tasks.
• Clear written communication and reliability.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction organizations (preferred).
• Familiarity with international operations or cross-border accounting (preferred).

Mansioni

• Maintain books for Vulcury and subsidiary entities.
• Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and payment activity.
• Manage AP/AR workflows, including invoicing and payments.
• Support month-end close and basic financial reports.
• Assist with cross-border intercompany transactions.
• Expand role to tax accounting prep, FP&A, or fundraising support as needed.
