Job summary

MyHealthAngel is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to own the numbers, control financial processes, and report directly to the owners. The role balances high ownership with a highly automated finance operation, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.

You will lead the Billing & AR Specialist, maintain internal controls, and coordinate with US-based advisors. Remote work with overlap for US Eastern Time is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in Controller/Accounting Manager roles.
• Experience keeping books for US companies under US GAAP, including US-style month-end close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function and manage the Billing & AR Specialist.
• Own the general ledger, chart of accounts, classes, and products in QuickBooks Online.
• Run a disciplined month-end close: accruals, deferrals, reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements with segment reporting.
• Review revenue and reconcile with buyer platforms; manage collections and AR aging.
• Oversee AP for media spend, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate with US-based CPA and tax advisors for filings and audits.
