Job summary

Chili Piper is a fully remote, global team hiring an Events Manager to scale executive dinners, conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and ChiliPalooza. You will own the calendar, build the plan, and drive logistics, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event impact to deepen relationships with the GTM community.

This hands-on role requires creativity, organizational prowess, and a proactive mindset. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to achieve measurable

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event management, field marketing, or community roles.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events, from small dinners to large activations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and event platforms like Luma, Zoom Webinars, or similar.
• Comfortable building simple landing pages, managing email lists, and running event promotion campaigns.
• Skilled in vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and on-site coordination.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual event calendar and define presence with leadership.
• Develop original ideas to make events uniquely Chili Piper.
• Manage end-to-end execution: logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, shipments, swag, on-site.
• Run event promotion: landing pages, export/import lists, invites, reminders, follow-ups.
• Produce virtual events and webinars end to end.
• Collaborate across teams: branding, design, promotion; Sales; Partnerships.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution from load-in to last handshake.
• Build and nurture community with GTM leaders and communities.
• Track performance: attendee data, engagement, pipeline impact.
• Amplify results: repurpose content for social and post-event communication.
• Manage vendors and budgets: negotiate, maintain quality, control costs.
• Run the debrief and improve program next time.
