Job summary

Creatio seeks a passionate Event Manager to organize company events worldwide. You will manage budgets for offline and online events, collaborate with partners on co-marketing events, and coordinate content, design, and promotions across internal teams.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, event execution, and post-event analysis. Fluency in English and 3+ years of global event experience are required; IT-event experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management (global markets preferred).
• Strong knowledge of event services and global market practices.
• Ability to negotiate favorable terms with vendors and venues.
• Experience attracting target audiences to IT events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage budgets for offline and online events, including co-marketing with partners.
• Coordinate content, UX/design, and promotions for events across departments.
• Prepare event plans, briefs, and approvals for execution.
• Source and coordinate vendors, venues, technology, and services.
