Job summary

Euclid is seeking a Marketing Coordination specialist to drive content production and end-to-end event management. You will own cadence for biweekly newsletters, monthly data reports, and platform change logs, partnering with a writer to ship on schedule.

You’ll plan and execute events—from venue booking to RSVPs and day-of logistics—creating memorable experiences that build long-term engagement. This role rewards initiative, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an event planning or marketing coordination role.
• Produced recurring content on deadline and shipped it.
• Managed end-to-end events including venues and RSVPs.
• Able to read the room and ensure smooth event flow.
• Self-motivated and proactive without supervision.
• Coordinate with writers, SMEs, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Produce biweekly newsletter, monthly data report, and platform change log.
• Own production of customer-facing events end-to-end.
• Maximize impact of programs by repurposing assets.
• Influence program growth by proposing improvements.
