Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing function end-to-end across channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a content and campaign calendar.
• Coordinate and publish content across social media, website, and other channels.
• Monitor and respond to inbound engagement or ensure it is routed appropriately.
• Analyse campaign performance including lead volume, channel effectiveness, and conversion trends.
• Optimise campaigns based on data, improving efficiency and reducing wasted spend.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns aligned to business priorities.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing generates qualified opportunities.
• Track and report on key metrics including leads, campaign performance, and outcomes.
• Maintain clear weekly and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day execution including content updates, campaign adjustments, and coordination with any external support.
• Build systems, processes, and documentation to support future team growth.
• Continuously test, refine, and improve messaging, targeting, and channel performance.
