Job summary

Foundation Marketing is seeking a senior Contract Manager to own end-to-end drafting, negotiation, and review across client, vendor, and freelancer agreements. You will build a scalable contract process, determine when to escalate to outside counsel, and coordinate with People Ops on insurance and compliance.

This fully remote role covers US and Canadian jurisdictions, uses DocuSign, PandaDoc, ClickUp, and an AI-assisted knowledge tool, offering a competitive CAD-based compensation with strong

Qualifications

• 6+ years in contract management, paralegal, or contracts-counsel work
• Strong ability to independently draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and vendor/change orders
• Familiarity with US & Canadian contract law fundamentals and privacy basics (no license required)

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate new client MSAs/SOWs from templates and manage client review and redline
• Own content-mapping and negotiation for client templates (enterprise accounts)
• Draft and manage change orders and extension orders referencing MSA/TC terms
• Draft and negotiate vendor contracts and ensure scope, IP, and confidentiality alignment
• Draft and negotiate employment, independent contractor, and freelancer agreements
• Exercise escalation judgment and coordinate with outside counsel when needed
• Review contracts for insurance and liability terms in collaboration with People Ops
• Audit active SOWs and changes against governing MSA terms to catch scope creep
