Job summary

Netwrix Corporation is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead and strengthen contract administration across the lifecycle, ensuring governance, accuracy, and efficient processes. The role partners with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive negotiations.

The successful candidate will coach the contract team, enforce disciplined controls, and ensure data integrity in CLM systems, enabling strong governance and business execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in contract administration, legal ops, or related function.
• Experience executing contract strategies and governance frameworks.
• Oversight of contract execution, amendments, renewals, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of contract administration strategies and governance standards within assigned scope.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of contracts across execution, amendments, renewals, terminations, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure timelines, quality, accuracy, and consistency across the contract lifecycle.
• Support audit readiness and contract performance reviews through disciplined controls.
• Partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders on contract reviews and negotiations.
• Coach and develop contract administration team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective CLM systems usage and data quality across teams.
