Qualifications

• Significant experience as a legal professional across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong expertise in contract review, interpretation, and risk assessment.
• Ability to draft policies for group entities and complex commercial agreements.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review master agreements, SOWs, IOs, NDAs, and other contracts to ensure clarity and enforceability.
• Identify liabilities, indemnities, warranties, and potential breaches; mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with MiFID II, GDPR, and local commercial laws across regions.
• Draft amendments, side letters, and negotiation terms aligned with client interests.
• Confirm party details, ensure proper governing law, and monitor renewal/termination clauses.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Compliance and other stakeholders to align terms with internal policies.
