Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in contract management in project-based environments.
• Experience with standard contract forms in international projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract law.
• Collaborative across regions and product lines with strong planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Review safety-related requirements and communicate with suppliers.
• Support sourcing strategies to achieve goals and improve purchasing process.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Westinghouse procedures.
• Manage contract records, performance, changes, and disputes.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, and external vendors.
• Provide guidance on contractual obligations and rights.
