Job summary

Utopia Design, a luxury hospitality brand, seeks a Construction Procurement Manager to own the full tendering process for its construction projects—from package assembly to selecting contractors. You’ll coordinate with Project Managers, the Design/Technical team, and Estimators to deliver competitive, well-documented bids.

This fully remote role offers location flexibility and a chance to shape procurement across a global portfolio of villas and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years experience in tendering or procurement in construction.
• Advanced Excel skills for bid comparisons.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience drafting RFIs/ITTs and reviewing subcontract terms.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete tender packages with project team.
• Build shortlist of contractors per trade and grow database.
• Issue RFPs/ITTs and manage contractor queries.
• Coordinate site visits and collect quotations.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with contractors.
• Prepare bid comparisons and recommend contractor selection.
• Support handover from tender award to contract execution.
• Maintain tender registers and audit trails.
