Job summary

LAPP Mobility GmbH is seeking a contract manager to review, draft and negotiate international contracts, including NDAs and framework agreements. You will identify risks, support global negotiations, and drive CLM improvements across the lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders and leveraging AI-driven initiatives.

The role requires a law degree, strong English and German skills, and experience in contract management within a global environment. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent qualification).
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in an international business environment.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Good German language skills are required for coordination with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in contract management, commercial law or legal operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-oriented mindset balancing legal and commercial considerations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; CLM systems experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate customer contracts, including NDAs and framework agreements.
• Identify contractual, legal and commercial risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Support global and regional contract negotiations and resolution of contract-related matters.
• Track and manage contract-related issues, deadlines and milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Support development and improvement of contract templates, playbooks and clause libraries.
• Contribute to CLM processes and systems implementation and enhancement.
• Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments and decision-support materials for stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder coordination and contract-related workflows.
• Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives within contract management.
