Job summary

Adecco Poland is looking for a customer-oriented Specialist to join our customer service team in the inbound channel. You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions, requests or problems, providing clear information, professional support and effective solutions.

This position is 100% remote in an international environment. You will handle incoming calls, listen actively, identify customer needs, document interactions, and escalate more complex cases when justified.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers welcome).
• Dutch language proficiency (C1).
• Strong customer orientation and positive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Reliability and punctuality, able to follow procedures.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Professional and courteous handling of incoming calls from customers.
• Active listening to identify customer needs.
• Providing reliable information and solving reported problems.
• Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
• Compliance with procedures, quality standards and data protection.
• Escalating more complex cases when justified.
