Job summary

CBT in Poland invites applications for a Customer Service Advisor with Dutch. Start immediately on a full-time, labour contract, 160 hours per month, with full office work. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and e-mail and assist travelers with difficulties.

Requirements include Dutch C1 and English B2, a proactive attitude, and experience in customer service and CRM tools. We offer private medical care, group insurance, My Benefit program, and a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written).
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services
• contributing to the success of our client.
• Dealing with cancellations and refunds
