Job summary

Avedo Ströer Dialog Group seeks a Dutch-speaking customer service freelancer in Poland to handle inquiries and support the shopping experience. You will respond to Dutch-language calls and messages, assist with orders and returns, and advise on products to customers.

Ideal candidates have first-hand customer service experience in ecommerce or fashion, strong Dutch and English skills, and a disciplined, self-motivated approach to remote work.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch is required for written and spoken communication.
• Good English for internal communication and training is essential.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in ecommerce or fashion.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and written Dutch inquiries (email/chat).
• Process orders, returns, and other customer questions.
• Provide product information and shopping advice to customers.
• Document cases accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the team and Team Lead.
