Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch (C1 level).
• Experience in customer care and/or sales is an asset.
• Ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting telephone situations and negotiate resolutions.
• Strong customer focus with clear listening and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls to book or reschedule visits while maintaining BSI tone and quality.
• Plan audit delivery by coordinating resources and scheduling audits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate qualified leads for Sales.
• Ensure availability with external delivery teams and coordinate with Service Delivery Managers.
• Escalate at-risk client issues for timely resolution.
