Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts with overdue balances via phone and email.
• Analyze payment arrears and tailor solutions for customers.
• Negotiate and document payment arrangements with accurate records.
• Support refunds by verifying payment details and processing timely.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and dashboards to improve portfolio visibility.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements from data insights.
• Analyze complaint data and support initiatives to improve CX and ops.
• Share knowledge and assist onboarding and processes within the team.
