Job summary

ApartmentIQ is a remote-first company delivering data-driven martech and analytics for the multifamily sector. As Customer Success Manager for the ApartmentIQ product, you will own relationships, monitor account health, surface growth opportunities, collect product feedback, and drive renewals across a multi-stakeholder landscape.

You will work closely with customers to understand objectives, craft tailored success plans, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to inform roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success Management.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Experience working with a SaaS product preferred.
• Proven track record hitting monthly benchmarks & metrics.
• Strong communication skills across multiple personas.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships across your book of accounts.
• Create and document a tailored client success plan for each assigned account.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure progress and outcomes.
• Surface expansion opportunities across your book and collaborate with Sales to execute.
• Consult with customers on strategy, upcoming product releases, and identify account growth opportunities.
• Own retention targets within your assigned client base.
• Stay familiar with ApartmentIQ's full product suite and signals to discuss with clients.
• Understand how underlying data is sourced and validated to explain data questions to clients.
• Tailor conversations to the right buyer persona per account.
