ApartmentIQ is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define strategic vision while leading discovery and delivery. You will identify market opportunities, craft roadmaps, and work with engineering, design, analytics, and data science to bring solutions to market for multifamily operators.

You will balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution, conducting customer interviews, analyzing metrics, and guiding development cycles to build high-quality, data-driven products that customers love.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
• Proven ability to own strategy, roadmaps and delivery with measurable impact.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with user research and data-driven decision making.
• Thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• Highly organized with detail-oriented execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to rapidly develop best-in-class products
• Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
• Engage deeply with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose pain points
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
• Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes
