Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, helping them to effectively utilize the company's products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their understanding and usage of products
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, technical support, or a related field
• Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of software applications and systems
• TypeScript, React, Basic development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
• Relevant certifications in customer success or technical support are a plus
