Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction estimating experience with take-offs and pricing exposure.
• Ability to price scopes from drawings, specs and BOQs.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with estimating templates.
• English written and spoken business proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take-offs and estimating from drawings, specs and bills of quantities.
• Build cost estimates including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue quotations and tender responses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Sydney teams daily.
