Job summary

Scale-X Solutions seeks a Remote Estimator & Contract Administrator to support an AU client. You will handle estimating from earthworks to project completion using BuildExact, manage contracts, and coordinate with clients and trades remotely.

Starting at 30 hours weekly with potential to reach 40 hours based on performance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of remote estimator experience, strong admin skills, and knowledge of Australian construction practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years remote estimator and admin support experience.
• Experience in construction estimating; BuildExact or similar software preferred.
• Knowledge of contract administration in construction.
• Strong administrative data-entry and document management.
• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the Australian construction industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Estimate using BuildExact for earthworks through project completion and provide pricing details.
• Assist with contract administration: review contracts, track timelines and budgets, manage amendments.
• Coordinate with clients, tradespeople and internal team members; communicate project status and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support: data entry, document management and scheduling.
