Job summary

Scale-X Solutions is seeking an Estimator to lead tender preparation from initial scope with PMs, QS, and key subcontractors to achieve accurate pricing. You will prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and professional tender submissions, while assisting higher management through different stages of tendering.

Use BuildExact/Wunderbuild, Planswift, and Revit for take-offs; participate in weekly estimating meetings, and support major tenders across AU/NZ markets with strict adherence to WHS and company

Qualifications

• Experience leading professional tender submissions and price proposals.
• Proven track record of tenders up to $10M.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail in cost estimation.
• Proficiency with BuildExact, Planswift, Revit, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender preparation from first principles to submission.
• Inspect tender docs and identify implications for the company.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
• Take-offs using Revit and collaborate with QA.
• Attend Estimating meetings and update registers.
