Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a scope of works for a wide range of projects.
• Obtain competitively priced materials.
• Participate in tender handover meetings.
• Liaise with clients, PMs and QS during tender process.
• Prepare budgets and BOQs with cost estimates.
• Send tender packages to contractors and suppliers.
• Report tender risk and opportunities.
• Ensure tender submissions meet client requirements.
