• Prepare and send tenders and pricing details to clients and contractors.
• Assist with contract administration, document accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Track timelines and budgets, manage change orders and variations.
• Coordinate with clients, tradespeople, and internal teams on status and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support including data entry and reporting.
