Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with commerce experience to join our Poland Delivery team in a hybrid or remote arrangement. You will document business needs, translate requirements into user stories, and collaborate with the client and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.

You’ll run workshops, assess options, and present proposals while engaging with Scrum teams up to go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
• Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners /Manangers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on Content projects.
• Experience working on Experience projects.
• Highly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional.
• Keen to learn and to challenge for smarter ways of doing things; a team player who wants to share it.
• You like working in a fast-paced environment and are ready to inspire outstanding online experiences for consumers and brands.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with Project/Programme Managers.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Keep up to date with technical and industry advances.
• Maintain great client relationships at all levels.
