Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with Commerce experience to join our Poland delivery team. You will document business needs, translate requirements into user stories, and collaborate with clients and the scrum team to deliver value.

You will lead workshops, assess solutions, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high quality outcomes. Hybrid/remote work is available; English is the selection language.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Experience on Content and Experience projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability.
Create logical and innovative solutions; present proposals to clients.
Work with a scrum/delivery team through go-live.
Analyse business systems to improve efficiencies; provide estimates for analysis work.
