Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Delivery team in Poland. Hybrid or remote working options are available. You will document client requirements, translate them into user stories, and drive collaboration across business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and provide estimates while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and Product Owner engagement.
• Ability to run workshops and produce clear user stories.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify solution options and assess technical and business fit.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide estimates and plan with Project/Programme Managers.
• Support go-live and post-implementation training.
