Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with commerce experience to join our Delivery team. You will document business needs, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with clients and the delivery team to ensure solutions meet requirements.

You’ll run workshops, work with Agile delivery, map processes, and provide estimates. The role is hybrid or remote and English will be used for the selection process.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
• Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on Content projects.
• Experience working on Experience projects.
• Highly proactive, enthusiastic, detail-driven and a team player.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business fit.
• Create logical solutions to business problems and present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live and ensure quality delivery.
• Analyze business systems to drive efficiencies and provide estimates for analysis work.
