Qualifications

• Proven software development project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex eCommerce-related projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies with clear ownership.
• Produce accurate status reporting on milestones, risks and issues for stakeholders.
• Support junior project managers and manage project budgets.
• Foster relationships with senior management and clients to deliver first-class solutions.
• Set and manage client expectations and handle escalations diplomatically.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and release management.
