Job summary

VML Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce experience to join our Delivery team on a hybrid or remote basis in Poland. You will document business needs, translate them into user stories, and work with clients and the delivery team to ensure value is delivered.

You’ll collaborate with the UK project team, run workshops, map business processes, and provide estimates. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on Content projects and Experience projects.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and assess solution options for technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients and work with delivery teams to go live.
• Analyze business systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
