Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce or experience projects.
• Ability to manage client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Skilled at running workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on Content projects.
• Experience working on Experience projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify options for solutions and assess technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with Scrum/delivery teams through go-live.
• Analyze business systems to find efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
