Job summary

The role offers hybrid or remote working and entails documenting business needs, facilitating workshops, and delivering high-quality user stories for client projects.

You will collaborate with UK project teams, manage client stakeholders, and contribute to agile workflows, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction across ecommerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and evaluate options for solutions for technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Work with scrum/delivery teams through go-live and maintain client relationships.
