Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce/experience project experience to join our Delivery team. You will document client needs, create user stories, facilitate workshops and work with a Scrum/delivery team through go-live.

You should have strong stakeholder management, experience with Content and Experience projects, and a customer-first mindset. The role is hybrid or remote and conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience with managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience on Content and Experience projects.
• Highly proactive, team player with eye for detail and a drive to improve.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to inspire online experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions for technical and business fit.
• Create logical solutions to problems and present proposals to clients.
• Work with a Scrum/delivery team through go live and analyse systems for improvements.
• Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with Project/Programme Managers.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and adapt to meet deadlines while keeping up with industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships and escalate critical situations when needed.
