Job summary

Banyan Software seeks a Polish-based Business Development Manager to build sourcing coverage across Central and Eastern Europe. You will identify, evaluate and contact software companies, nurturing relationships with owners as Banyan grows its presence in Poland.

The role is remote, reporting to UK/Global teams. You’ll drive outbound sourcing, collaboration with the Banyan team, and contribute to a scalable sourcing engine with performance-driven KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A deal sourcing or origination in private equity or VMS/acquirer.
• Background in business development or software sales is advantageous.
• Curiosity about SaaS software and lifelong learning.
• Strong KPI drive and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and evaluate attractive software targets based on Banyan’s criteria.
• Outbound prospecting via email, phone, conferences.
• Build relationships with software owners and nurture them.
• Collaborate across Banyan teams to drive outcomes and KPIs.
• Utilize Banyan tools and resources to improve efficiency.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and Outreach; report KPIs.
