Positive seeks a driven outbound professional to help grow our B2B SaaS business from Warsaw. You will identify potential clients, reach decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls, and hand leads to Account Executives.

Leverage your resilience and strong communication to uncover needs, present our UVP, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and desire to develop a career in SaaS/MarTech.
• Resilience and a goal-oriented mindset; understand that rejection is part of the process.
• Fluent in English and Polish (C1).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with key decision-makers primarily through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Start conversations, build trust, and uncover prospect needs.
• Collaborate with Key Account Executives and smoothly hand over contacts and leads.
• Expand knowledge about the product to confidently present the UVP.
• Manage your pipeline and keep the internal system updated.
