Job summary

Mediaboard is expanding in Poland and seeking a Business Development Executive to build client relationships on the Polish market. You will identify agencies, institutions and brands, understand their needs, and show how our media monitoring platform delivers value.

You will lead the full sales cycle, collaborate with our Prague team, and provide market feedback to shape product strategy and growth in Poland. This is a remote-friendly role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in SaaS, media, PR-tech or data-driven services.
• Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
• Independent, reliable and comfortable working remotely.
• Strong listening, questioning and relationship-building skills.
• Value-first mindset with consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with potential clients in the Polish market—agencies, public institutions, enterprises and brands.
• Understand client needs and demonstrate the value of media monitoring and media intelligence.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from initial contact to demo to closing the deal.
• Work closely with the Prague-based team as the Poland face, but not alone.
• Provide field feedback to help improve product and strategy.
