Job summary

Emplyfy is expanding as a UK-based cleaning company and is seeking a confident B2C Sales Consultant to turn customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

You’ll manage warm leads from first contact to booking, understand client needs, recommend services and maximise every sales opportunity.

Requirements include at least 2 years in direct or telesales, clear English communication, remote work ability, and a track record of hitting targets; enjoy uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in direct sales, telesales or business development
• Clear and professional English communication, written and verbal
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Resilient under pressure with ability to handle rejection
• Proven success in phone-based sales and targets
• Confident using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience using CRM to manage leads and client data
• Strong negotiation skills and issue resolution
• Own reliable laptop or desktop
