Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an ambitious Service Sales Executive to join our UK-based cleaning company. You will manage warm leads, understand client needs, present the right solution and convert enquiries into bookings.

In this remote role, you will build strong customer relationships, handle objections, and drive bookings across Residential and End of Tenancy services. Must have 2+ years in direct sales and excellent English, with proven phone-based selling success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proven phone-based sales success.
• Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
