Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Virtual Sales Advisor to join our remote team. You will engage with customers, manage warm enquiries, advise on cleaning services and convert interest into bookings, all from a home setup.

The role requires at least 2 years in direct sales or telesales, excellent English communication, and solid experience with CRM systems. You’ll need a reliable laptop and stable internet to succeed in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Clear and professional communication in English, written and verbal.
• Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection calmly.
• Proven success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
• Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
• Stable internet connection (minimum download speed of 20mbps).
