Emplyfy, a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning, seeks a confident Service Solutions Sales Consultant. You will engage warm leads, assess client needs, and recommend ideal cleaning solutions to convert enquiries into bookings.

This role emphasises strong communication, independent work, and a proven phone-sales track record. Offer includes negotiable basic salary with uncapped commission and OTE of R25,000+ per month.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Clear, professional English communication.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Proven track record in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
