Job summary

Emplyfy, a growing UK-based cleaning company, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow bookings and client base. You’ll handle warm leads, close deals and drive results, with uncapped commission and a strong earning potential.

The role offers fully remote work and extensive leave, with a focus on delivering a professional customer journey from inquiry to booking. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in direct sales and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient under pressure with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong relationships and rapport with potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right cleaning services.
• Follow up with leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep sales activity up to date.
• Work towards and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings and grow customer value.
• Deliver a professional, responsive and customer-focused experience from first contact to booking.
