Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Sales Specialist who can turn opportunities into results by guiding warm leads to bookings and building lasting relationships. The role is fully remote and requires excellent English, independent work, and a proven sales track record.

You will own the sales process end-to-end, manage CRM data, and relentlessly pursue targets while leveraging Word, Excel and Outlook to communicate and document activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and confident handling rejection.
• Proven phone-based sales success.
• Target-driven with a strong performance record.
• Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and issue-resolution abilities.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into bookings.
