Job summary

PDR-Team, Inc. is hiring two Business Development Representatives — one based in the Denver, CO area and one based in the Chicago, IL area — to open and close Direct Repair Program (DRP) relationships with insurance carriers, MSOs, and fleets, converting our live pipeline into signed contracts ahead of the 2027 hail season.

This is a fully remote role with heavy travel across the hail belt (TX, CO, IL) and to CAT event regions as storms hit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in auto insurance, PDR, or related fields.
• Existing relationships with carrier DRP/claims decision-makers preferred.
• Track record of closing enterprise or partnership deals with long sales cycles.
• Willing to travel heavily and work in a field-based role.
• Based in or near Denver, CO or Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Own carrier/MSO/fleet relationships end-to-end, from first contact to signed DRP.
• Present hail-scanning tech and field-deployment model to claims and procurement teams.
• Build and manage a pipeline in our CRM (Zoho); hit monthly contracts-signed targets.
• Represent PDR-Team at industry expos and conventions.
• Travel to prospects and to CAT (catastrophe) event regions as storms hit.
