Job summary

Addify is seeking a Sales Development Representative for our Commercial Auto line to drive new business in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You will cold-call, qualify opportunities, and partner with Account Executives to advance deals across a B2B landscape.

Fluent English and Spanish, along with an active insurance license, will help you communicate with diverse clients. You will rely on a modern CRM stack to optimize outreach and analytics.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License(s) required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Cold call and prospect in a B2B environment to qualify opportunities.
• Achieve monthly quota for new business qualifications.
• Use a modern prospecting tech stack to develop audiences and cadences.
• Understand customer needs and how Addify’s value translates to them.
• Collaborate with peers and analyze Salesforce dashboards.
