Forte Group is hiring a Director - RevOps and GTM Engineering to lead the development of the GTM tech stack, AI adoption, and revenue operations. You will own the lead-to-cash funnel, define pipeline criteria, and build executive dashboards with a data-driven approach.

You will partner with engineers to deploy automations, integrate tools, and drive measurable improvements in revenue performance on an international scale.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years in sales ops, RevOps, marketing ops, or GTM engineering, ideally in B2B technology or services.
• Experience applying LLM or AI agent tooling to real workflows, e.g., prompt design and orchestration.
• Active daily use of AI tools in your own work.
• Fluency in GTM mechanics: lead scoring/routing, MQL/SQL, forecasting, and commission interactions.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration beyond reporting.

Aufgaben

• Map lead-to-cash funnel end to end with handoffs, scoring rules, and stage gates.
• Define/ enforce pipeline criteria, lifecycle stages, MQL/SQL, and forecasting cadence.
• Build/maintain executive revenue reporting (revenue, bookings, velocity, forecast accuracy).
• Own attribution and cost-per-outcome reporting; measure campaigns against pipeline.
• Design territories and quotas; translate comp plans into config; administer sales compensation.
• Build GTM tech stack integrations and data model; connect signals to CRM/forecasting.
• Create self-serve dashboards for team/leadership; run vendor evaluations and rollouts.
