TGTC in Warsaw seeks a Growth Architect to own and scale our AI-powered GTM engine. You’ll shape how revenue flows from first touch to retention, working directly with the founders to build scalable systems across sales, marketing, and product.

You will design and implement automations, integrate Salesforce and HubSpot, and translate product and user data into actionable growth signals. This is a high-ownership role with broad scope, remote-friendly hours, and a clear path to leading a team as

Qualifications

• Built systems that directly impacted growth or revenue.
• End-to-end thinking with impact and ownership.
• Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or light code.
• Comfortable with AI agents or LLM-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate funnel steps.
• Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system.
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals.
• Build intelligent workflows (lead scoring, routing, onboarding).
• Define how AI is used across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and design systems to remove them.
• Collaborate with founders on growth strategy and experiments.
