Job summary

SalesCaptain is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts, blending data, automation, AI, and strategy.

You’ll build Clay workflows, enrich data, identify ICPs, and deliver campaign-ready lead lists while partnering with GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers. This is a remote, EU-hours role designed for hands-on builders who love scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience building outbound or revenue systems in B2B SaaS.
• Proficient with Clay workflows and AI-enabled enrichment.
• Ability to automate manual processes and integrate APIs.
• Strong verbal and written English, able to brief strategists.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems: ICP definition, TAM scoping, campaign launch, CRM sync, reporting.
• Build advanced Clay workflows: enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, Claygent researchers, conditional logic, API integrations.
• Design and implement signal-based triggers: job changes, funding rounds, hiring spikes, tech installs, web intent.
• Create multi-channel automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier connecting data, enrichment, and CRM.
• Use AI to generate hyper-personalized outreach at scale (Claude, GPT-4).
• Write lightweight Python/JS snippets or use APIs when no-code isn’t enough.
• Brief Outbound Strategists on new workflows and targeting approaches.
• Stay ahead of tooling with new data, enrichment and AI tools.
