Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Peripheral Vascular in EEMEA, based in Poland with field-based leadership and 50–70% travel. You will lead a dispersed team, turn regional priorities into action, and partner with healthcare systems to accelerate therapy adoption.

You will own budgets and performance metrics, shape market strategy, and develop talent across multiple markets while delivering sustainable growth and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or commercial leadership experience within MedTech or medical technology with measurable outcomes.
• Direct experience with distributor management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading people, including coaching and developing teams.
• Experience operating in complex healthcare environments across multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
• Strong commercial discipline across revenue, pipeline, forecasting, budgets, KPIs and CRM.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth across EEMEA, translating priorities into commercial actions.
• Set strategy and execute to win markets and accounts, improve forecast, and strengthen pipeline.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing regional team with clear expectations.
• Build relationships with senior healthcare and clinical stakeholders to accelerate therapy adoption.
• Lead high-value sales cycles involving multiple clinical, procurement and commercial decision-makers.
• Own budgets and performance metrics, using data to identify risks and take corrective action.
• Partner with marketing, medical, and operations to remove barriers and deliver for customers.
